Now What Do I Do and Where Do I Go?

The Lord knows each of us intimately and He has a specific Word to meet our deepest need. You'll be inspired, encouraged, challenged, and changed by the Word of God you'll discover throughout this Blog!
Friend, the greatest need we have is to know we are loved by God, and that when we leave this earth we will spend all Eternity with Him. Our assurance of His love for us is found in His word. We have all probably heard this simple scripture hundreds of times: John 3:16, "For God so loved the world..." and we have stopped there. We haven't seen us as part of the world He loves. Let's look at a few more verses to fully understand God's love for us.
John 3:14-18 ~ And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: 15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Today let's plant that assurance, of eternal life with God, deep in your heart. Pray this prayer with me, with your heart, and out loud so you can actually hear yourself declare your salvation:
This wonderful salvation experience is our first step. Now, here is a little taste of what is to come!
We know John the Baptist said of Jesus: I baptize you in water, but Jesus will baptize you in the Holy Ghost and Fire! Regis LIVE! and Jody NOW! is all about equipping the Saints with the Holy Ghost and Fire to get their Job done!
Matthew 3:11 I indeed baptize you in (with) water because of repentance (that is, because of your changing your minds for the better, heartily amending your ways, with abhorrence of your past sins.) But He who is coming after me is mightier than I, Whose sandals I am not worthy or fit to take off or carry; He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.
Develop your hunger and thirst for this Holy Ghost and Fire until next time!

Dear Lord Jesus,
Please, come into my heart. Forgive me of my sin. Wash me and Cleanse me and Set me free. I believe Jesus Christ died for me. He rose from the dead for me. And, he is coming back again for me.
Fill me with your precious Holy Spirit and use my life to share the love of Christ. Give me a hunger for the things of God and a passion for the lost.
I forgive everyone who has ever hurt me, used me, abused me, or my family because Jesus you forgave me. I turn my back on sin and I follow you Lord Jesus.
Thank you Lord Jesus for saving me now! I know I am forgiven and I am saved because of what you did for me on the cross of Calvary.
Amen.
